I have added agreement to "Cladonia sp.", but NOT to the suggestion of C. fimbriata, which it is not.
However. Cladonia is a difficult genus, needing attention to small characters. I honestly question the point of posting photographs that are so blurred/out of focus. Annoying, as this might have been something interesting.
