Probably ...

This is likely to be either Tephromela atra or Lecanora gangaleoides, but we need a much closer, crisp, highly detailed view, and the facility to pick away at the lichen surface to see if there is orange pigment in the lower levels of the thallus (would indicate L. gangaleoides).
