The outer cross line is faint but definitely irregular, so it's a Brick; in Yellow-line Quaker (the most likely confusion species) it is a smooth line with a kink at the leading end.

Yes I did put it down as a Yellow-line first, but when I studied the photo I thought it was more likely a brick.
