Is there any reason for the pinkness of some Hogweed flowers? Also, I assume the leaves in the photo have some sort of mildew?
I don't know about the pink flowers, but this plant does have powdery mildew, possibly caused by the fungus Erysiphe heraclei, which has a penchant for umbellifers.
Lucy (aka LVS77),
Why not make a second observation under 'fungi' out of the mildew ID from synangium? Just upload the leaf picture again and cut and paste Erysiphe heraclei into the box for the scientific name. Just a suggestion!
