It's an invertebrate not a fish so would be good to re-classify it...
This is sometimes known as a Heart Urchin.
The species Echinocardium cordatum as far as i can tell can be told apart by its habitat of clean sand and its heart shape with a depressed frontal ambulacrum. (which is apparently the pale star shape in the picture on the right).
I would also like to echo Jons comment that this should be reclassified as an invertebrate. You can do this by using the edit tab on the top left, then changing the group.
