Mycelium covering donkey manure

spider webs covering donkey manure
Description:

Whilst clearing up the donkey paddock, noticed all the manure piles where covered with fine webs.Any idea which spider this might be? Have been informed that this is mycelium and not webs as I first thought,, if someone could help with id. much appreciated.

I suspect -

this is a fine fungal mycelium rather than an arthropod web.
I don't know much about the fungi that grow on dung, but if you change the type from invertebrate to fungi (so that they see it), one of the clever people may well be able to tell you.
