Description:

Approximately 5-7mm long. Appears pale brown in colour. Curved back, body flattened sideways. Numerous transparent legs, long antennae. When elongated a distinct tail is observed; but frequently coils round.

Crangonyx is probably there

Crangonyx is probably there too, in the stiller weedier parts, while Gammarus is more likely in the spring head.
