I found several of these pushing up through leaf litter in mixed woodland under a beech tree. Funnel shaped ,100-110mm high,45-50mm wide,white cap and gills.
Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!
Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

What would you need to see to id it I have several photos?
See if it exuded any milk plus what type of trees were nearby,photo of cap top.The milk may be coloured but for future photo's cut the fungi stem and break a section of gill and if milk comes out note colour.

Not a problem The main points of all fungi are photograph Cap,gills or pores,stem measurements,smell,texture is cap greasy,smooth,scaly ect,and what habitat ie pines,beech,grass ect.It is a really exciting subject.
