not sure

It is a cotoneaster but C salicifolius has red fruits but does have lance shaped leaves.I would have just gone for cotoneaster species as there are rather a lot.

I think it's a cultivar like C. salicifolius 'Rothschildianus', which does have yellow berries.

I'd also say 'Rothschildianus'...

...which is generally considered as a hybrid of the watereri group rather than a cultivar of C.salicifolius. Could also be the similar C.'Exburiensis'.
