Description:

About 6-7mm long. Other similar sightings on iSpot suggest that Meta segmentata and M. mengei are very similar. However my book claims that M. segmentata appears in late summer to autumn ; whereas M. mengei is spring to early summer. So I'll go for M. segmentata.
