Larch Ladybird 1
Description:

Found on spinach in garden. Just after photographing it opened its wing casings to show clear wings, ladybird like, then folded them away again prefering to walk! Could it possibly be a larch ladybird? I noticed the photo on the UK ladybird website. Plenty of larch woods not far from here.
