Deer run
Mammal gnawing/scratching
Description:

Having previously seen muntjac deer very close to this area of woodland on several occasions last winter I know that this is a deer run.
What I am unsure about is the animal gnawing or scratching on the branch which is about 4 foot into the run, deep in the hedge.

This looks to be more gnawed rather than scratched, it also looks rather cramped for even a muntjac to access, could be camera angles though.

My suggestion would be rabbits.
