quince jelly!

They are edible once cooked and can be made into a fabulous jam, traditionally called quince jelly! If you keep them in your kitchen after picking they give out the most beautiful scent. Quince jelly is so easy to make - just type it in to google and loads of recipies will come up. Just a few quinces will go a long way and the jelly is just delicious on hot buttered toast or crumpets!
