the plant is infected with a powdery mildew (most likely Erysiphe cruciferarum, but identifications by host plant fail to take into account the few generalist species).
This infection may have resulted in the erroneous suggestion of Brassica napus?
The leaves just look too "cabbage like" for me and the seed pods are long enough.
