Like a scorpion but only 4-5mm long. Looks like it's carrying a clutch of eggs? Spotted on rotten log, oak I think.

Looks like a female Chernes cimicoides with attached larva (post egg/pre nymph stage, feeding on nutritive fluid from the ovary; she was probably inside a silken chamber when the bark was prised off)
