Its Xanthoria parietina, though possibly deteriorating with age which is why the lobes are less obvious. It also appears to be on a tree.
If you read Alan Silverside's notes on Caloplaca marina via the link below you will see that species is crustose and only found on coastal rocks.
When trying to identify lichens it is important to check habitat and substrate details - whether it is on rocks, trees etc.
Some lichens are only found in specific habitats and this can sometimes help decide between possible/unlikely provisional IDs.
