Brown and cream, with a touch of green bracket fungus.
Colours zoned.
Diameter 1 to 3 cm.
Hundreds of specimens growing on the trunk and along a branch of a dead but still standing oak tree.
The only dead oak tree in an almost entirely oak woodland.


Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
