Yarrow

Definitely Yarrow, as there are only about 5 ray florets, compared to twice that number on Sneezewort. Also, the distinctive foliage is visible in the top corner.

I've added a photo of the leaf

I've added a photo of the leaf, in case that helps.
It has more tubular florets per flower than the example in my field guide - more like sneezewort. But there are fewer bordering ray florets, and the leaves look more feathery. The protruding yellow anthers are mentioned against yarrow in my guide, but I think I can see them in the photo of sneezewort, too.
