Description:

A small incredibly bright red waxcap (no photoshop involved!). possibly Hygrocybe helobia.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Not sure what the range of

Not sure what the range of possible colours are in Hygrocybe reidii but the pictures i've seen of it all show a more honey colour rather than this bright red with just a hint of orange.
