Considering the date and the location, it is more than likely correct that this is a Common Blue Damselfly - but your photo is no good enough to allow other species to be eliminated I'm afraid.
Your identification also gives the English name of Commnon Blue Damsefly, but the scientific name is for Azure Damselfly!
