Pollen

pollen is where the bees are used to make there honey.

Bees certainly do like collecting pollen, but they also drink nectar from flowers, and it is mostly the nectar that is used to make honey. The pollen is mostly used to feed to their young, as far as I know.

There are some flowers that they visit mainly for pollen, some mainly for nectar, and some for both.
