It seems the Wales forum has been rather quiet of late! I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Clare Flynn and I've got the role of Biodiversity Mentor for Wales for a short time this autumn. For years I've worked in Environmental Education and public engagement in nature and hope to use those skills to raise the profile of iSpot in Wales as much as I can in a very short space of time! My taxonomic skills are a little rusty but being involved with iSpot is giving me the perfect excuse to spend time rediscovering my ID skills, particularly in my first love, PLANTS!!! Am also a keen observer of invertebrates across all habitats but still have much to learn!
Please get in touch if you have any info regarding Biodiversity events and goings on in Wales or if you would like any info or advice regarding iSpot in Wales.
Many thanks.
