Brindled Ochre

The shape and pattern looks like Brindled Ochre, but it is rather dark for that species. Northern Rustic is possible, but it is quite distinctively marked for that species. Difficult one...not really sure.

Is it not a bit late for Northern Rustic?
I have been looking at internet images of the Brindle and there are a number showing a darker colour with these markings. 'Nature in Shedlands' has one that seems to match, see entry Sunday 17th September 2006 - http://www.nature-shetland.co.uk/index.htm.
