Description:

Fungus had a greeny-grey cap which was funnel shaped with an irregular/wavy rim, diameter ~3.5 cm edge to edge. Height of fungus was 5 cm, stem was pale greeny grey and cylindrical 0.5 cm diameter. Gills were white with hint of greeny-grey. Faint odour of aniseed. Scale 10p coin ~2.5 cm diameter.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
