Black and white fungus on section of rotten tree bark
Description:

Small erect fungi growing on a section of rotten broadleaf tree bark. Fungi are typically black at the base, grey then white on the tips, some of which are branched [like antlers]. Fungi 1.0 - 1.5 cm high; 0.1 - 0.7 cm wide at tips. Scale: coin 10p ~2.5 cm diameter.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
