I don't think so

Unfortunately the definition of the photograph is not very good. I assume you mean the grey lichen next to the Xanthoria parietina? [I refuse to call it "Leafy Xanthoria" as this is apparently an OPAL made-up name and all Xanthoria species are "leafy".]

The grey species does not appear to be a Parmelia (lobes are too smooth and convex), but as we don't have a clear view, I hesitate to suggest any other possibility. I'd rather not give a highly speculative ID.
