Description:

Maroon red caps with dark purple centres, white stems. Gills very pale cream. Quite a good number growing in the grass on the side of a ride with mixed oak, birch and ornamental trees. Other Russulas growing alongside them.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!
