the Sycamores that cut through the main thoroughfare of Derbyshire Dales was the breeding site of many hundreds of Rooks the numbers are declining. I have also observed that the Sycamores have an invasive plant the ivy (Hedra helix)
colonising them. i would need to gather more information, to see if this is one of the reasons for the decline
