Ladybird attached to web wrapped pupa(?) which is reddish brown and pointed at both ends.
Ladybird has yellow secretions from joints of 2 legs.

yellow secretion

is heamolymph (insect blood), ladybirds can bleed through their knee membranes at will, which deters predators since the blood is toxic. Most likely Dinocampus pupates under the still live ladybird in order to take advantage of this deterrant effect.
