thanks very much for the I.D this bird must be bald if the last three pics of feathers came from the same bird.
The selection of feathers you found suggest it has probably been plucked! But without seeing their distribution it is hard to advise which predator might have been involved.
They were all found withing 15ft area under the same tree
The bird probably roosts in the tree and has been moulting. Feathers don't seem to be damaged.
