Cotoneaster?

Hmmm... a seed of doubt has now been sown! I must admit it still looks like a Cotoneaster to me and has the right leaf texture (tough, almost leathery), but I can see why you'd suggest Lonicera given the foliage and general form of e.g. L. pyrenaica. Maybe I'll update this when it flowers...
