Porina rosei? on Ash tree

This has been classified under " Gardens and Parks" because there is no option for urban streets. This Ash is situated just off Horseferry Road, near a car park which is alongside the London Westminster Urban Monitoring site for pollution

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Most unlikely

We need a much closer view of the tree, but I see nothing resembling Porina rosei, which is a very rare species of ancient oaks, etc. in unpolluted areas, best known in the New Forest but with a few other scattered records in western Britain now. Chances of it being in London are virtually zero.
