Plane, lichen

The tree may be the 'notable' London Plane ( no 3032) recorded on the Woodland Trust, Ancient Tree Hunt website. If not, it is situated within the same clump of trees

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

The larger lobes

Yes, one of the lichens here is Parmelia sulcata, so I have added agreement.

The larger lobes, however, lack white markings and belong to Parmotrema perlatum.
