Description:

Attracted to light trap. About 4mm long. Bristles on thorax. Appears to have only 2 wings. Dark shading on trailing corner of wings - not a specific wing cell. The second picture shows the underside - it happily lay on its back while knocked out with ethyl acetate!). It seems to have a distinct ovipositor.
