The other female Demoiselles can be a little tricky to distinguish but the Copper Demoiselle female is kind enough to have a distinguishing darker wing tip patch. Thank you, ma'am!

Occasionally you do find individuals in which the dark tips on the hindwings are indistinct or even absent (none have dark tips on the forewings).
