Description:

Ancient grassland on Cotswold escarpment. Common has grazing cattle during summer months (approx. May-October).

Not Pilosella

Hard to tell without a clear view of the leaves, but Pilosella would have much paler yellow flowers. Probably Autumn Hawkbit.
