Unknown invertrate larve (?) in Heaton Park

S159 Neighbourhood Nature - current student

White segmented with black dots up sides of each segment. Undulated to move. Originally curled into a circle when disturbed.

Unsure as I did not turn it over and it was quite small.

Hi Steve/Oniscidea,

Thanks for the correction to Julidae, but would you be able to add a further identification using "Julidae" as the scientific name - it should appear in the drop-down list once you start typing it in.

iSpot works best if you can pick names off the list, and don't add anything to them (that is, don't use "Sp" or "species" etc., just the name on its own). That way the links to NBN, to other sightings on iSpot, and to data exports for recording schemes will work better.
