I found this plant while walking the Speyside Way.
I am not able to identify it - can anyone help please?
It was approx. 3' high growing in grass parkland by a burn. There was no discernable scent from the flowers

A good example of fasciation

A good example of fasciation where the growing tissue in the tip becomes elongated to form ribbon-like growth.
