This powdery grey lichen was developing on some of my cut logs in the wood pile.

I found this powdery grey lichen growing on a log in my wood pile. Is it foliose?
I am afraid the definition of the photograph isn't sufficient for identification or to be certain of the growth form. It is crustose or leprose, more likely the latter as you describe it as powdery.
