All but certain a curlew sandpiper. Sometimes these need to be in the hand to be 100% certain. In the field good birders can be mistaken.
There are species that do sometimes need to be examined "in the hand" (or scrutinised in high quality photos), but I don't really think that applies to Curlew Sandpiper.
