Description:

My friend saw this and said it was a spider. I don't see legs in the picture, and it has the head of a snail. Can anyone identify?

Identifications
  • Tetragnatha sp.
Confidence: It's likely to be this, but I can't be certain.

The legs are the long tubular

The legs are the long tubular things extending almost vertically upwards in the middle of the picture, from the spider's body. I can't tell the species from the photo, but it is definitely a spider!
