Grey Plover, WIGEON and definitely a Redshank

The bird in question at the back of your photo is a Redshank as Urophora has pointed out.

The duck looks like a male Wigeon to me though rather than a Teal (even though the angle is not the best, and makes it look small!).
On a male Teal the yellow patch at the rear extends further under the tail and is completely surrounded by black. The tertials (which are the black feather above the tail) also suggest Wigeon - these feathers are grey on male Teal.
