M. galericulata grows on wood, so this is unlikely to be that species. It's difficult from these photos, but that collar around the stipe suggests it may be Parasol plicatilis.
You don't give any indication of size, which might help.
I've looked at some other images for Parasola plicatilis and that does look a good bet - feel free to suggest it as an alternative id.
When I put an image of this up on Blipfoto earlier (http://www.blipfoto.com/entry/1366978) I described it as a parasol, so there must be something in it :)
