Description:

Growing from bark of a fallen log. Looked to an untrained eye like flying saucers!

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Thank you Rob.

I did see someone else post Turkeytail fungus and thought it looked like the one I'd seen but it was brown with a white edge so wasn't sure whether mine would be the same.
