Do you have an estimate for the size of one of the orange discs?
I wondered about this one as well, but I'm not sure how to separate it from others such as Anthracobia, Scutellinia and other superficially similar small orange fungi.
I've done a bit more research on this one and it's Cheilymenia granulata, common on cowpats and has granular edges, hense granulata
