Description:

A lot of coltsfoot leaves with brown disc shaped discolourations on the upper side and, under magnification little circles of fungal growth on the underside. The photographs are of the underside at X10 and X60.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Something to look out for

Lots of coltsfoot leaves at work - will have a look in the morning - not often we get the microscope out!
