Not a greatly framed or focussed photo, I'm afraid, but this character just wouldn't pose and I was lucky to get anything.
Chinery has a picture of something rejoicing in the name of Gasteruption jaculator (what do these scientific name chappies smoke?) which looks pretty similar so I'm wondering if this might be one of the Gasteruptiidae?

Gasteruption jaculator was described by Linnaeus in Systema Naturae in 1758, I don't know what he was smoking at the time but he invented binominal nomenclature which is still the basis of modern nomenclature more than 250 years later, so it must have been pretty good stuff.

Seriously, I used to think pterostigma and pronotum were strange words. By such steps, we learn!
