I'm pleased to see this. I found one the other day and have been unable to identify it despite lots of research. I look forward to more informed answers than mine!
The patterns and colouration look right for Harlequin, as does the timing (most natives are adults now), but to be sure I'd need to see the shed larval skin where the pupa was attached to the substrate - large white spines = Harlequin
