sea grass?

I got the nearest ID from a website that showed European sea grasses and this looked the nearest to one shown.

Thank you Syrphus; I shall follow your advice and check the sample out. I do attempt to identify things that I come across and I don't mind failing, if someone like yourself can point me in the right direction.
