V. uliginosum has flat

V. uliginosum has flat grey-green leaves. The berries are blue.

See http://www.joensuu.fi/biologia/nyman/Euurina.htm for examples of Pontania on Salix, including S. herbacea. If you look at the third picture above, the swelling is clearly on the leaf, and therefore cannot be any sort of fruit. These galls are frequent on S. herbacea in the Scottish mountains.
